Adjustment Method:
Step 1: Pull the crown all the way out to set the time
Step 2: Pull the crown halfway out to set the day & date

Please Note:watch itself will adjust the day/date at this time zone (watch’s hour hand at 10pm-3am for quartz movement; 9pm-5am for automatic watch), so please adjust the day/date when hour hand is out of the time zone, otherwise day/date may not be setting correctly and movement may be possibly damaged.
You can pull the crown all the way out to adjust the time to check out whether it is daytime or night, (Reference point is the change of the day or date window). If it is night, please adjust the time to avoid the “time zone”. Then you can adjust the day or date by the way of pulling the crown half way out.

The chronograph or stopwatch function is very easy to use.
-The top button starts/stops the chronograph and the bottom button (when held down) resets or zeroes the chronograph.
-The top dial allows to measure 1/10 seconds, The left dial allows to measure minutes, and the bottom dial allows to measure seconds.
